Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ShopRavis.com, our mobile applications, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are placing orders on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

Eligibility & Accounts

ShopRavis serves licensed retailers, restaurants, hospitality operators, and other approved businesses. Accounts must maintain accurate licensing and tax documentation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or non-payment.

• Keep usernames, passwords, and MFA codes confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Ensure account information, delivery windows, and authorized buyers remain up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your credentials, including purchase approvals.

Pricing, Availability & Content

Products, pricing, promotions, and inventory status are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but occasional typographical or system errors may occur. In those cases we will contact you to confirm how to proceed or cancel the order.

Orders & Payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment or delivery. Payment terms follow your approved credit profile. Late payments may incur finance charges and could delay future shipments.

• Orders may require minimum quantities or case packs. Split cases are offered only where noted.
• Once staged for delivery or pick-up, orders cannot be modified without contacting Customer Service.
• Returned checks or failed ACH transfers may trigger account holds until balances are resolved.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Delivery windows are scheduled in collaboration with your receiving team. Title and risk of loss transfer once goods are delivered to your dock or accepted by your designated carrier. Please inspect shipments promptly and report discrepancies using our Returns Portal.

Permitted Use

Content on ShopRavis, including product data, photography, and software, is proprietary. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ShopRavis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the site, except where prohibited. Our cumulative liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
