Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy outlines how ShopRavis processes, schedules, and delivers orders so you can plan inventory with confidence.

Where We Ship

ShopRavis ships throughout Texas and neighboring states using our fleet and trusted common carriers. Customers outside our core footprint can coordinate pick-ups or arrange freight forwarding with prior approval.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed within 24 hours. Custom or special-order items may require additional lead time. You will see any extended timelines noted on the product detail page or quoted by your sales rep.

Delivery Windows

We schedule delivery windows based on route density, product type, and your receiving preferences. Refrigerated and frozen items are transported in temperature-controlled vehicles to protect product integrity.

  • Standard delivery occurs Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery is available in select markets.
  • Rush or off-cycle runs may incur an additional service fee.
  • Please ensure someone is available to sign for the shipment and provide dock access.

Freight & Special Handling

Freight charges depend on order value, weight, cube, and destination. Palletization, lift-gate service, and inside delivery are available upon request. All fees will be itemized on your confirmation before we stage the order.

Tracking & Communication

While we do not offer live GPS tracking today, you will receive dispatch confirmations, estimated arrival updates, and driver check-in calls. Contact Customer Service if you need to adjust a delivery window.

Receiving Guidelines

Inspect cases upon arrival and note visible damage on the bill of lading before the driver departs. Report concealed damage or shortages within 24 hours via the Returns Portal so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Weather & Force Majeure

Severe weather, carrier capacity constraints, or events outside our control may impact transit times. We will communicate schedule changes as soon as possible and prioritize critical items when service resumes.
